I ordered this free trial on august 21,2013 and called to cancel 15 minutes later and was told i had to wait for the product and return it as soon as i recvd it. I was assured i would not be charged. But on August 31 they charged my acct. This is the same day they received it back from me. I have called atleast 30 times and they still say they are processing my return. It has been 30 days and still no refund. This company has to be stopped! They are ripping people off.
