These people seem to move around a lot - France, Istanbul, Hong Kong. My experience was similar to those noted above - Web site requests a 10% deposit, then tells you there is a problem with your card and the transaction cannot be completed (but encouraging you to give them another card number), then the entire hotel cost suddenly shows up on your bank account. Total scam.
