I placed an order for the "10 day trial" and did not receive it until day 11. On day 6 I called very concerned that it had not yet arrived, I spoke to Mary at length and told her to cancel the order and cancel my account. She assured me it would be cancelled an no charges would be made to my card. I re-confirmed with her several times to be sure I understood correctly. She did give me an RMA# to put on the product to return to the company, saying it should still arrive to me by mail. I did recieve the product on day 11. mailed back on day 12 (9/27/13). My bank card was charged on 9/27/13, which resulted in 2 checks returned for NSF, and a daily fee charged by my bank for my account being overdrawn! Mary lied to me, obvioulsy! Had I known a charge would have gone thru, I would have planned accordingly. She assured me I would not be charged, but I WAS charged. And I am still fighting them for my refund. Everyday I call & they tell me all kids of stories- my refund had been processed; allow 24-48 hours for it to post in my account; allow 3-5 business days for it to post; they must receive their returned product before they give me my money back, and blah, blah, blah. The are telling lies & different stories every time I call in. They have even hung up on me twice! Unacceptable!!! This has caused me a huge financial mess- companies should not be allowed to operate this way.
