I have been receivig unauthorized charges on JCP card for a 1yr. PHS,told me several occasions this would be cancelled.. It's has not still appreaing on my card which has been paid off. Then I am told my acocunt doeasnt exist. SO how can they charge me 9.95 + interest ad late fess every month ?
