Hi. My name is (Personal Information Removed). I am writing to complain about the sum of $226.55 which has been removed from my visa credit card account on the 16th September 2013. By your company. I would very much like to know as to what this payment is supposed to be for. I have no record stating that your company has been given permission to remove this from my account. As I live on my own with a very little income, this is very distressing for me as I budget weekly to pay for my food and my bills. As you have my bank details, I would appreciate it if you could please transfer my money back into my account. I have tried ringing you about this matter, but the number has been disconnected.
