I purchased a $60 Spas with Cause voucher for a local salon, promising a large package of included services. I booked my first session to use one of the services and after was asked to pay much more than I was explained by Spas with Cause and the receptionist I spoke to. I felt scammed and contacted spas with Cause by phone and email. I requested a refund (which their Customer service department )([email protected]) wrote me back stating they will refund me if I sent back my purchased VIP Voucher I was issued. I took a copy of it and sent it and after that never heard from them. I attempted to contact them by phone and the Rep said she was only able to help with scheduling and would forward my concerns on to the right person and took my phone number. I had to call and have this conversation multiple times before that number was disconnected. I attempted emails and no response. I also tried to call their Fountain Valley, CA location and the number was disconnected. This company is scamming people out of their money.
