International boundaries
Services that were agreed upon, were not fulfilled. In fact, I was lied to about everything. When I tried to resolve, I got no satisfaction, no assistance. Later, when I requested a full refund, i was told it wouldnt be a problem, but ever since, not only has it not happened, but my numerous documented attempts have all been ignored. Even after I requested the cancellation, and full refund, they continued to steal money for 3 more months from my account. All while providing absolutely nothing.
