I ordered tickets but selected the wrong event. The event for which I received tickets charged $48.00 per seat for the seats I ordered. I mistakenly sent $76.00 per seat for Elf, the show I thought I was ordering. I understand that I must accept the tickets, but I asked but was told I would not get a refund for the overpayment of $56.00. No ticket at the event I mistakenly ordered was over $70 (best seats at Kennedy Center). I feel that my credit card should be credited with the $56 overpayment. As is, I and my daughter will be sitting next to people who paid only $48 for their seats.
