I put 1/2 down for an order including $200 for a laptop that was to be shipped for a customer.
They wanted me to pay the balance before they shipped which was not the deal we made.
They refuse to ship or return the money.

I wonder if you have figured this out yet or if you still want to play games with me? Let me ask again for you to show some integrity, you should look this up, “INTEGRITY” it is an essential element of business.
You said you would ship when you had my money. You have my money. So now you ship. You email shipping receipt to me.
1. I paid in full $200 for shipping laptop to my customer in UK
2. I paid 1/2 $425 for C.O.D. order to be shipped to me
3. I get order from you, I must pay balance to pick up order from customs.
4. you ship now, 1/2 has been paid, you ship now, I pay to pick up order
5. I pay balance, you know this word? when I pick up from customs
6. I no pay, I no pick up.
7. You understand the deal you made now? or are you going to continue to cheat me?
8. I do not understand why you do not understand. The only thing I can think of is that you are delaying the shipment because you want to cheat me. That is not a good idea for your business, your country or your karma. All you are doing is making me very angry and disappointed in China. Though you wanted to do business?

I would much rather use a Bank Wire Transfer. I have an agreement with Agricultural Bank of China and my Bank, Wells Fargo. Transfer of funds would be at no charge. Western Union charges a percentage to both you and me, rather not do that. This would be much better for our long term relationship.
What I hear you saying is I provide a percentage of the total purchase price from you and then the balance is due before the item ships? Is that correct?
I would prefer to ship DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
