I was contacted by Charlotte Russell that I was approved for 4,000.00 I would after signing loan docs have it direct deposited within 4 hours. When it didn't happen and I called her she said I needed to pay 5 months worth of payments and wire it as soon as I did that I would get the money. After doing it she said it was too late and would be by noon next day. Then next day she said I needed to wire another 5 months payments and promised that was all. After that she said I would need to talk to customer service and William told me I needed to pay insurance of 950.00. I told him I didn't have any more money that I already sent my car payment money and power bill money. He said to wait two weeks until the 15 sept that they would front me the insurance,and I would have my money deposited on the 16th. I water the 3weeks. When I called back William was transferred to another dept. so Jeremy told me I wasn't approved for them to help me with the insurance. I requested them to refund my money and they said it would take 30 more days. It's been almost two weeks I called to see status and now all extension numbers I put in including 0 for customer service is saying invalid extension.
