We ordered a camera on Sept 2 and until now it has never arrived. They kept saying its on transit. I called them twice asking for the tracking number. We could not give one because its still on the way to US and once its here thats when they'll email the tracking number. First he said on a Monday and then I waited and nada. I called again and asked and he said it will be on Thursday. Next day I called and voice prompt says they are shutting down for the holiday. They promised a 10day shipping on their website and until now nothing but empty promises. They have no clue that people worked hard for the every cent that we payed to them.
