I was doing an on-line search for Homes being sold by owners willing to carry the contract. One of the sites the search engine brought up was this HSS Rent to own site. It was a rather confusing cite to get any straight information from but I did enter my E_mail information and signed up for a 14 day trial for $1.00. I tried to use the "trial" right after signing up and found that this company did not have any listings for owner financed or even rent-to-own homes and simply referred me to other companies on line.

It took me over an hour to find a phone number for HSS Coaching Network, the one on their Web Cite was disconnected. When I got through to a person who was less than cordial down in Houston Texas (at least that is where she said HSS she worked at was located) she said in checking their list of registered members and new members that I was not listed and that was the reason I had not been able to access their lists of rent-to-own or owner financed homes. She was extremely rude and accused me of trying to obtain an account by claiming I had joined under the "trial period program". She then hung up on me. That occurred in mid-August.

I never contacted this scam operation again until September 26, 2013, when my wife said that our bank account had be charged $59.37 by HSS Coach Network. I contacted their operation, now listed in Los Angeles, CA. that afternoon and the extremely rude and aggressive 'customer service' woman (who refused to give me her name) told me that their records showed that I had in fact opened a trial 14 day account, that I did not cancel before the 14 day period and that the charge to my account for $59.37 was not going to be reversed. I asked her to check and see if I had in fact paid to join the trial program and she said she could not find any record at "their California office" but she was certain I had.

This is the biggest scam being perpetrated against people who are not wealthy and who are trying to rebuild their lives after the Bush/GOP market crash of 2008.

These scum-bags should be required to take a permanent family vacation to the wonderful confines of GITMO (for the balance of their days).
