I ordered a pair of cycling shoes from them on 9/30/11. My Pay Pal account was charged but I have yet to receive the shoes. The "contact us" button on their web-site brings up an email screen but the email will not send. I also tried to contact them in response to an email they sent me stating that they had received my order. After Googling them on-line I've found that many people haven't gotten their product from them. I did receive a Hannah Montana shopping bag in the mail from China the other day, and had no idea who sent it to me. After reading other complaints about this company it seems that this is a common thing. I just contacted Pay Pal today so hopefully I can get my money back!
