I ordered $3000 of equipment and warranties. 1-2 day shipping was promised along with an e-mail confirmation of the order and a Fedex tacking number. When I did not receive the e-mail, I called the telephone number I had used to make the order. I got a voice mail announcement that the company would be closed for "the holiday" until next week. This tipped me off that something was not right. I then found many bad reports of their business practices online. I sent them an e-mail demanding cancellation of the order and threatened referral of the matter to my attorney and the New York State Attorney General's office. I don't do purchases online except through Amazon. I am naive about shady businesses online. Next time I consider ordering online, I will check the reputation of the company. I will make further reports to this site pending the response I get from the company.
