After researching online to find out who this company is and why I was being charged, I realized what it was. Like another complaint maker, I had gone online to purchase a juicer, filled out all the forms online, but did NOT submit my order, as I decided to do online review research of the product. Lo and behold, the window I closed was still processed and now I am getting charged for a product I never ordered. FRAUD!!!!!!
