Ordered the free trial lift and glow pro on 10/8/2013 and paid postage cost £1.99 . When i received the product, there is no letter of order and i know nothing about the terms and conditions before ordering this product as the website is not clear about the all charging after purchase! however, they took my money out from my bank again £84.71 without any notification. I phoned the customer service and they only explained to me that there's a terms and condition in their website, and I been told that I should look at this when purcharsing this free trial product! Couldn't believe that I have been "conned" by this company ! I'm now has cancelled the "Contract " . I'll need to check my bank acc again to avoid them to take the money out from my bank again!
