My husband & I were pressured to buy a timeshare. At the meeting I specifically asked if this was a timeshare & told NO, we would get a deed. We were also told the clubhouse would be finished in two years(which would be 2014) & our family could stay there with no extra fees at $29.00 per night but when we went to our annual meeting the new manager showed a sheet with the price being $69.00. We also were not told that more points would be deducted for certain days of the week & that we could only stay at Nantucket once every three years and had to be in the summer, while paying dues every year
