Signed up for one year service on behalf of another person (in nursing home). Company contacted me and said they couldn't reach the person and were cancelling the contract Person who contacted me spoke very poorly; almost impossible to understand and talked over me. Though they said they were cancelling, they never removed the charge from my credit card and then denied to credit card company that they cancelled. Meanwhile, they have provided no services.
