I order the free trail for this product and than was charged 74.00 for it. I called to see why this happen and was told if I didn't cancel my account with them in 14 days that they would charge me. I next told the worker I was talking to that I wanted to cancel my account so there was no more charges made to my card. He said ok. One month later I was being charged again this time. 84.00. I called back and asked again why am I being charged when I canceled my account and haven't received anything from them. They worker told me my account shows that I only canceled part of my account for the green coffee formula and not for the natural cleanse. I told her I talked to someone a month ago and they told me my account was canceled and if it was only canceled for one product and not the other than why was I being charged more this month than I was last month. She finally told me she would put me in for a refund, that was three weeks ago still haven't received a refund and very time I ask to speak with a supervisor they tell me there is no supervisor in.
