I signed up an agreement last year july 2012 with a company named m/s Lifestyle Travel International that claims to offer up to 50% airline tickets and hotel rates packaged together to its customers. I have started paying by instalment of the so called membership fee using DBS bank.

they promised to cover my interest charge for my instalment plan, so I arranged with DBS for the instalment and then when I contacted them to claim the charges but they went missing. So since july 2012 I have been paying my instalment blindly $200/mth when they gone missing and uncontactable.

On top of my instalment plan I suppose to pay another amount of money for the membership by dec 2012. But when I make a research about this company and there are a lot of people posting and complaining this is a fraud company and they have been cheated as well. Hence I didn’t make that “additional” payment to them.

On the 3rd aug 2013 I received a letter from Starz Privileges dated 27th july 2013 (formerly Lifestyle travel or Courz Montruexx or Emperor travel as stated in my bank statement, yes they changes name frequently) demanding the payment within 7 days or they will take actions on me.

I tried to call them, but phone number is not avail/terminated and tried to email them but they didn’t reply at all. Hence im writing now to seek CASE help to settle this issue… i also have contacted one of the victim same as me,a bill collector came up to her house to claim (in a threatening way) the money from her.
