I didn't like the product. I was told that I needed an RMA# and to send all 4 bottles back to them. They said that once they received the package, it would be processed within 24 hours. After that I should receive my refund in 3-5 business days. On 9/3 the package was received by the company. It is now 9/25 and I have still not received my refund. I have called three times and every time they say the same thing. 'I will escalate your account to high-priority and you will see your refund in 3-5 business days.' It's all a bunch of lies. I have also submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
