Back in April of this year I was called and invited to enter a program to help people in uniform get a break with their holiday expenses. I was asked to sign over my extra week Vacations that come with my membership in RCI. I agreed to sign over 4 extra weeks which incurred a charge that amounted to $1250 for the four weeks. I was told that for every week I rented out I would more than double my money. On May 1st I received an email from Jenny to say she would be my "personal contact for your membership with our program." On Aug 1st I wrote an email to Jenny complaining that I had heard nothing and was not getting responses to phone calls that I made in July. I discovered that Jenny was no longer a part of the organization and was given Alex another'helper' who told me that they do not push the extra weeks because they make no money on them. On August 1 I wrote to their company office '[email protected]' and asked them to cancel my membership and return my funds but received no reply. I finally got hold of Alex and told him my problem and he asked me to write to [email protected] which I did on Aug 18. Again I did not hear anything until I phoned Alex again to ask him what had happened. Today I finally received an answer saying that my request had been denied because I had not fulfilled the contract. Please help me.
