involved in an ongoing battle with my bank not to allow NaturalCleanse to plunder my account despite the fact that i have a LEGAL RIGHT to have payments cancelled - even if companies refuse, banks MUST cancel them.

got pulled in the NaturalCleanse online scam advertisement that asked for people to "try" "FREE" samples their products. seemed legit at the outset since the ad showed pictures of well known products, clinique, loreal, etc. but see how the wording is deliberately misleading: "try out their products for free" morphs into "free trial". Also there is a count-down ticking away at the top of the page while you complete their questionaire to find out whether you qualify for the FREE OFFERS - there is a time limit in which to complete the questionnaire and provide your bank details for the postage and packaging - thereby tricking you away from the tiny link (terms and conditions) at the bottom of the page.

the count down clock and questionnaire of course are a con. if you delay in completing the questionnaire the clock just reverts to an earlier time and if you click "next" without completing the questions you'll still progress to the next page/question asking about skin type, age, gender, etc, leading you to the point where you hand over your card details to pay for postage and packaging.

  • I'm having the same issue. I didn't have the countdown clock and I did read the terms and conditions, and read that we are given 18 days to cancel without being charged the $74.99 plus s&h. I was sent an additional item that I didn't order that apparently was a 14 day trial. Apparently cancelled on the morning of day 15. was charged the same day. " Free Trial" yeah right. What a scam!!
