International boundaries
They promise you lots of work, take your money, cancel your booking and then you never hear from them again. They never answer the phone or emails. I felt I was almost bullied into passing over money to them as they are very hard selling. The girl who dealt with me was quite rude. The never offered an explanation as to why my booking was cancelled just that they would be in touch but of course they haven't been. What a horrible company.
