I purchased a water distiller for $345.00 from Omegastores, the next day I decided to cancel the purchase and go with another brand. I e-mailed Omegastores and explained that I wanted to cancel my order; JOHN SONES replied to my e-mail and said that they cancelled the order. A few days later the water distiller shows up at my house. I e-mailed JOHN SONES back and first asked why he had shipped it when he had told me it was cancelled and that I wanted a return shipping label e-mailed to me so I could return it and receive my refund. JOHN SONES e-mails me back and said "The item was already shipped and it could have not been cancelled. Please see the warranty for return." AFTER he had said it was cancelled. Now after all the back and forth I open up the box and find a single piece of paper with horrible operational directions and no "Warranty". Now JOHN SONES will not respond to my emails. Scammed out of $345.00 and now the product is not even listed on their website anymore.
