I purchased a 7kva Generator which overheated and partially melted.Generator will not work due to melted and distorted electronic parts. Despite a request to return under warranty all I get is a standard reply stating that a manager will be in touch within two days but after 7 weeks no reply to my request or a phone number to call them so we can discuss the claim.
