I ordered 14-day trial bottles of both products and happily paid the $4.95 shipping charges. The deal was that I needed to cancel within 14 days to not be charged the full amount. I emailed the support teams ([email protected] & [email protected])after 10 days and advised that I wished to cancel. They told me I would need to send back the bottles, and although there was nothing about this in the terms of service I thoroughly read through, I agreed and told them I would post it back as soon as I have received the bottles.
It has been 21 days since placing my order and I have still not received any bottles and they will not refund me or even talk to me about it.
