I was trying to get a payday loan. I need the money desperately. "Jerry" from "PayDayLoan" (I'm pretty sure that's not his name, nor the company called me from 646-927-9172.)

Jerry said that they had approved my loan and would give me the funds once I proved I had at least $325 hand, sense my credit wasn't great. (I didn't, I borrowed it )They had me get a Vanilla Reload card. I accidentally got the reload card, instead of the Visa, so they could not use that. Then they had me get a Greendot card. Both had $325 on them.

When they tried to get more. I refused and "Jerry" took my money and ran. He said they would send a check and that I would not get a loan. I told him, they should have never taken the money, because they were only suppose to look to see that the funds were available. I should have known better, but I was desperate. Please help!

I told Jerry not to do this! I have 2 kids, and I'm doing it all on my own. He hung up on me AND changed the number. I will never forget that. Please help.
