NEVER NEVER NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!
They cannot live without scamming customers.
Last week, my laptop has blue screen and I had to finish an university report, so I was so worried about my laptop. Then, I used my smartphone to google "toshiba tech support". I was so stressful at that time so I did not pay attention to the company that I was actually calling, I just see "t" to start with. Next, the sales form Techzilla suggests many many things...ONE THING I REMEMBER WAS THAT HE TOLD ME "NO LAPTOP COMPANY WILL HAVE SOFTWARE WARRANTY! I CAN PUT MY LIFE INTO THAT!" And he promised that everything will be fine within 12 minutes after just paying them $249.99. I did, and my laptop started working again (later when I ask toshiba, they told me that ultrabook can be shut down by just pressing power button for long segment of time. ) Last Saturday(09.21.13), my laptop had the same problem again. I called the TECHZILLA TECH SUPPORT NUMBER THAT THE SALES GAVE ME! NOBODY RESPOND. Then, on 09.22.13, I called toshiba official company for helps, they just told me to reset my laptop and my warranty DO INCLUDE SOFTWARE. Now, my feeling for the Techzilla Sales is JUST GO DIE! Today, 09.23.13, I asked for refund, and I used the number that TD Canada Trust gave me, they said that only 199.99 can be refund. Yes! they need to have $50 to support TechZilla Sales' all (Inappropriate Content Removed) !Come on Techzilla sales, we are all human beings, humans need conscience and humanity. Do you want to live as a monster? Nobody will forgive you.
