Dear Mr Timothy



1. You were locked out of your office on the 16th for non payment, which is in breach of Regus terms and conditions.

Regus Locked out the office without informing me, while on Monday September 16, 2013, My Secretary Ms Raneza already informed Ms Emma that I am going to pay whole outstanding amount till 30th September 2013 on next day. I also mailed Ms Emma on Saturday 14th September 2013 that I will pay the outstanding balance next week but still Regus locked my office and dont even let my staff to sit in Reception area of the office. I didnt get any copy of Regus terms and conditions and notarised copy of the agreement till today after asking so many times. Its unfair and unethical business practice of the Regus in Philippines.

2. I have tried to mediate and bring this mater to a close.

No one in Regus is trying to resolve the issue, First Ms Alessa called me and said I have outstanding balance of 300K plus and threat me to take legal action. Since you come in picture you want me to pay till 31st October 2013, why should I pay till 31st October 2013 while I am not using any of your services since September 16, 2013. You also trying to threat me for legal action while I am not wrong, I am not scared of any kind of legal action and I am also open to take Legal action against you.




3. Your cheque bounced which puts me in a difficult situation.

I informed Ms Emma and Mr Paul on 2nd August 2013 through mail to hold the cheque till I will not inform you but you put the cheque without informing me so if its bounced its not my fault.

4. Total amount owed to Regus is 104,437.96 peso.

I dont owe anything from Regus first thing and second thing this amount which you are mentioning here its till 31st October 2013 not till 16th September 2013 so I am not liable to pay till 31st October 2013. As I am requesting since 17th September 2013 to provide me outstanding balance till 16th September 2013 after adjusting my deposit of PHP 73,884/- but nobody provide me.

If you really wanted to resolve the issue you already provided me the outstanding balance so we can come any conclusion. There is no intension of Regus to resolve the issue because I didnt see any resolving efforts from Regus.


I Mailed to Mr Mark Dixon and then he suggested me to mail Ms Natalie Zummutt I mailed her also and Mr Filippo Sarti as well but nobody interested to resolve the issue.

If you are really interested to resolve the issue then provide me outstanding balance till 16th of September 2013 after adjusting the my deposit of PHP 73,884/- and I will pay outstanding balance get No dues letter from you and my things from Office.

If Regus not willing to send me correct invoice according to my uses till 16th of September 2013 after adjusting the my deposit of PHP 73,884/ its not my fault. If you want to take legal action you are most welcome you can take so I also can expose your policies and wrong charges in court and in Philippines market so everyone can know and think 1000 times before taking any services from Regus in Philippines.

I think I made my point.
