I ordered a trial for Pura silk product for which I had to pay only the post expedition.
15 days later, they debited my credit card with 76 euros without my authorization. Moreover, their phone number doesn't work for complaints and stop the expedition : 0800 91 59 98.
I want to be reimbursed.
