I SIGNED UP TO BACK UP DUTY LITE REQUESTING
MONTHLY PAY AND FOUND THAT THEY HAD TAKEN
$88.00 FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I wanted
monthly payments as I am a pensioner on limited
funds and a lump sum removed my account presented problems for me.
I tried contacting Back Up Duty Lite explaining
my situation with requesting that refund the
$88.00 and allowing me to make monthly payments but had no reply. To this present
time I still have had no response.
