I clicked on a link via Facebook to buy this product at a special offer of £4.95. There was no email confirmation, nothing to say that I had this product for 14 day trial !!! Only to then discover that BOOM £95.00 has been taken from my account.. .no email reminder to cancel NOTHING ! ITS A DISGRACE ! I am so upset... I have contacted the bank who are going to try and refund me... but god knows if I will get it back. I have managed to contact the company to get my account stopped so no further transaction are taken... but I really need this £95.00.... feel sick with shame that I have been so stupid !

I too have this problem. The tel no goes to the USA and they keep you on hold for ages (0844 858 8072). I think the company despatching the pills are Phytoscience Ltd, PO Box 13511 Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH49 7YH. I am about to try and contact them, as I have not yet been debited my account even though I have cancelled the order, but think they will soon.
