Silly me first time ever i have made an order for anything online and left to feel ripped off! I saw an advert on facebook for the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Product. As i have just had a baby i figured that if this can help me lose a few of the extra pounds i have gained i'll give it a go. I ordered from their site www.garciniacambogiaburn.com There was a special deal for buy 3 bottles get 2 free. I ordered this and also the Cleanse Catalyst Plus product. Like many others it did not give me the total before it processed the payment from my credit card. Payment was approved within seconds and then it showed me that it was $125.82NZD for each product. A total of $251.64NZD. I didnt question this as i assumed it must just be the exchange rate. So far all seemed to be in order. 2 days later i recieved two identical emails stating that my order had been shipped. I emailed them back stating that i had recieved the identical emails and wanted to make sure i was recieving both products ordered and not two orders of the same product. I also asked for the correct tracking numbers as the ones provided simply said 'shipped' and when i checked on the UPS website the tracking number i had been given was invalid. The response i recieved was that they were not provided with the associated tracking numbers because it was an international delivery. I sat back and waited. It has now been 32 days since i placed my order and i have not recieved anything. After several emails back and forth requesting a full refund, being told that she could only apply a 50% refund until my order arrived after which i was to post it back then she would complete the full refund, I am demanding a full refund immediately. She has replied for me to notify her at the end of the current week (today) if the order has still not been recieved and if not she will issue the refund. I have today emailed her again stating that the order has not arrived and to process my refund. At present i am waiting for a response.
