We were called and left a message that I was being used for an outstanding debt that must be paid immediately to avoid going to jail for fraud. When I asked that account information be sent to me in their company letterhead I was told that "that's not how we do business." I was told that they were calling from orchard bank auditing department. I hung up and called orchard bank auditing department to find out that they had not generated the call an we do not owe anything. This is a fraudulent company!! They are very harassing and I ultimately had to block their number from all my phones! I too was told that I was going to jail! BEWARE!! Do not give your banking or credit card information to anyone over the phone who is not willing to send you a statement of debt owed on company letterhead and cannot be validated.
