I signed up for the "free" bottle and just pay shipping for $2.95 and never received a confirmation e-mail. So right away I knew something was fishy. A week later I get 4 bottles with an invoice of $148.95. I was floored. The next day I called the 855 number and explained the whole thing. She told me that this was all listed in their terms and conditions on their website...i never saw anything of that manner. I got the mailing address and return codes and all that and mailed it that day.
Then I looked the next day and saw that they had charged me twice. I called probably 3 times and finally got my account credited back for the double charge. But I am still waiting on my initial refund 2 weeks later. I think I have called about 20 times and no one knows what they are doing. I have asked to speak to a supervisor at least 3 times and of course no one ever gets me one because they are all "too busy". I was told one time that they would call me back within an hour and of course never did.
I would recommend to people to never order this product. It is a huge scam and I'm sure I'll never get my money back. It has been nothing but a huge nightmare!
