I went online to forward my mail to my new address. I googled change my address with usps and it sent me to a website that looked just like usps website. Once I completed my request I checked my card and there was a charge pending for $39.95. I immediately knew something was wrong, I've used usps before and they only charged $1. When I called the company to cancel it and get a refund. They stated my info was not in their system. I then waited until the purchase posted and called again. Still getting the same answer. My card information is not in their system and they will get one of their Techs to give me a call. I never received a call, so 2 days later I called again and left my number and I am still waiting on a Tech to call back.
