I ordered a bottle of the max Garcinia burn online and was only supposed to pay 2.95 shipping and handling. The next day i had a charge of 148.95 on my account plus the 2.95 totaling 151.90. I called to try and get my money refunded and they told me that the numbers that are listed on my account are wrong, that the don't even have me in their system and that they have contacted their attorneys that this is a scam. So i called my bank and reported them . i want to advise anyone who has done this to had their debt cards blocked through their bank and have a new one issued.

- Before ordering the product the TERMS AND CONDITIONS are completely stated. I purchased the trial for 2.95, read terms and conditions, and I am a very satisfied customer. I was not satisfied, so I called within 10 days, was given a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization code). Sent the bottles back, and I was never charge, because I correctly read the FINE PRINT. The problem is everyone expects every for FREE. Of course when I purchased the product I knew I was not getting a 4 month for just 99 cents. I knew that it was a trial and had to follow the terms to avoid any charges, and thats what I did. Be wiser next time. Don't purchase a product if your not sure of the terms!

- That's not why everyone is so pissed. They're mad because max garcinia burn is nothing but a company full of money hungry scam artists who false advertise, lie, steal, and treat their customers like (Inappropriate Content Removed) . It plainly says, "Claim your free 'bottle' (not 'bottles') today!" Also, they don't always send email confirmations when you order their product. Customer service (Inappropriate Content Removed) . And they're very shady about how they go about this business. People have tried this and weren't satisfied, and when they went to send the bottles back, couldn't get a refund or have been yanked around the chain by this company. They don't clearly state their terms and conditions when your purchase it in the first place. Also the "free trial" is supposed to start the day you receive the order, not the day you order it. It took me eight days before I received mine and by then, it was almost too late. Despite them claiming you can "cancel anytime," I called to cancel and they wouldn't let me cancel, instead they tried to Jew me down to lower and lower prices but when I finally accepted the lowest price offered to me, they still charged the full $148.95. And then a week ago, they charged my card another UNAUTHORIZED $65.95 claiming it was a "system error" and sorry for the inconvenience! I said well I'm sorry that it's inconvenient for you that I just cancelled my card so you won't get another dime from me. Everyone is fed up with these liars and crooks.

- I did read the conditions. I ordered 9/5, cancelled and mailed back 9/14. Got charged on 9/16 and the package was delivered on 9/18 in Utah but I still can't get them to refund my money. P.S. YOUR English grammar is embarrassing.

- That would be "you're" in the situation... And if you READ what I wrote, I DID cancel within 10 days and they STILL charged me. So, I CAN read, they just can't follow their own terms and conditions.

Exactly what Kelly said. Also, if YOU'RE such a satisfied customer, then why on Earth are you on Scambook in the first place? Hmm. And you're the only one who happened to be treated right by this company. Fishy. Everyone else did read the terms and conditions, I'm sure. Explain why this company is false advertising, lying, stealing, charging unauthorized charges on everyone's cards, not refunding money, etc etc.

- Also, look up the "business" address on google maps. Look at the satellite picture. Does that really look like a company/business to you?

- Aaaaand obviously neither can you because I keep telling you I DID read it. I filed a report with the better business bureau because this company BREACHED their OWN terms and conditions by charging me even though I cancelled on the 9th day. The BBB agreed with me. I win.

- Most people do not understand that the BBB gives higher ratings to people who purchases certain services from them. So the BBB is actually does not give a fair chance when it come to ratings.
