In August I ordered online samples of this product on my Visa/Debit card. I received 2 Jars of the face cream. I then noticed that on my September bank statement that $3.24 (£2.52) had been debited to my account for the samples which I never received and a few days later $71.20 (£46.50) had also been debited to my account. This was presumably for the jars of cream I had not ordered. I decided to keep the jars of cream and put it down to experience. At the beginning of October I received a notification from my local Post Office that they had a parcel for me which was carrying a customs charge. When I went to the office it was a parcel from the USA and it felt like more creams. I had not ordered anything from the USA so I refused to accept the parcel and it will be returned to the sender. Looking at my October Bank Statement I notice a further debit has been made of $71.2 (£47.10) by this company.
