I had a similar situation happen to me with this looser. He sent me his BCID and his Passport and I thought it was kind of odd, and really I should have googled him, but I didn't, I really wanted the tickets. He asked me to send him half the money and then he will transfer the tickets, and he never did. I am filing a complaint with the police to get my money back.
