I have been with google Adwords from almost an year and I used to consult Adwords specialist for every small thing so that my account does not violates any policy wherein i have all the chat reports where i have been told that my account is perfect and not violating any policy till 11-09-13 I have not made any change to my account except the changes in my bids.
On the top of everything i wasn't even informed about any new policy coming in except we cant have phone numbers in the ad text for which i deleted my old ads and created new ones to comply with the policies still my account got suspended and i have an organization of 70 employees who are jobless because of google unprofessional behavior.
I just want to know the reason for which they suspended my account.
