The program manager moved all personal property that was previously locked and secure in the garage out of the garage. My tile saw was left unsecured and was stolen while I was out on a pass. The program is a scam, they are drawing people in preaching recovery and robbing resident blind. I had to move out to secure my other work tools and was promised a refund for my rent and tile saw. Right now Carmen is not answering my phone calls she promised me a refund the net business day.
