I was informed that this company was affiliated with Microsoft and that they could clean up my computer so that it would run faster. Since that time it still runs slow and whatever they put on my computer kept popping up whenever I was different sites. I had to go to my control panel and clean that mess up by myself. Today is 9/16/13 and I was called by by a William Smith who informed me that their company was going bankrupt and that they needed to pay me back my money. I used the credit card that originally paid the $149 and the system stated that I had the wrong address. 7 times I was asked if I had a different address. Finally, they asked for my debit card. Little did I know that they were trying to get money out of my checking account by using Western Union. I hung up on them when I told them that I was not going to participant in this fraud anymore. The guy threatened me by stating that "that I would not be able to use my computer and they would make sure of it." I told them fine, it's 5 years old and I can get another on. Then I hung up on him and called bank!! My bank stated that 3 times they tried to take money out of my account(400, 200,150) dollars. They had to close my account. Then I called my credit card company and as we were talking, this company tried 4 times to get money out of my account. I had them close that account also.

When this company first approached me they tried make me pay more than what I was going to pay. I needed to try them out and now I would NEVER NEVER recommend them to anyone!
