The same as everyone else. I was auto-directed from the USPS site when I was supposed to enter my card info for the $1 mail-forwarding charge. Two weeks later I find a $39 charge on my account and my mail has not been forwarded. Scam site. Avoid entirely. Call or visit the USPS to change your address.
