We hired Lee Schwartz to remodel our Master bathroom and kitchen in October of 2011. Deadline was April 1, 2012, when our home was to go on the Market. To Make a very long story short, Lee Schwartz charged us for high end items and substituted with low end items; we were too busy to notice; I think he knew this. We paid him over $200,000.00, at least $15,000.00 of which he did not do the work for; he left the job with no warning to us in May of 2012 without finishing it. We had to have three very competent people finish the job so that we could get our home on the Market, which did not happen until the end of May 2012, too late for the Spring Market. We want to warn others in the market for home remodel, so that they do not fall victim to this person, as we did. It's the first time in our lives that we have been scammed and, definitely, it will be the last. There is more so if you wish, call us at (Personal Information Removed)
