Was charged 39.95 plus 1.00 for an unknown subscription on a Gift Card I had purchased for a relative. My relative only used the card on a DVD purchase online and was unaware of this charge. After I called customer service they claimed it was to a porn website in which no one signed up to. The money is supposed to be returned within 5 days however this is ridiculous that these companies can give out our information and charge us for things we did not want.
