I received A "FINAL DEMAND" and civil action threat letter from this company concerning a "Equipment Lease Agreement" they say I "defaulted" on. The only equipment I have ever leased was a credit card processor with a company called Lease Finance Group in June of 2004. I leased one machine but was charged for two machines through direct "auto" payment for two years before I caught their fraud. Pushpin Holdings/Lease Finance Group/CIT Financial USA can sue me all day long. I love money.
