So I bought the Cash Machines product from somebody using Click Sure as their processor. I tried to buy the upsell on the product, but the page had issues (actually really lucky for me). I couldn't find the transaction details in my email, but eventually found them in the spam folder - bad sign #2. Got the emails welcome from Empire Networks with sign on credentials, but the non embedded link didn't work right, for me it took me to a list of folders on their website -bad sign #3. After digging through there many offers, I hit on the right directory, CM and found my way into the cash machines info. I did what I always do, checked out all the links and then ran a video in the cash machines portion and what do I get? Another video telling me I've really need to buy another piece of software that will make my life so much better??? Really?? Are you kidding me? I said heck no, I'm not doing any of this and went through tech support to request a refund. Bad sign #4
I'd already gone through their tech support and after several emails they finally sent me the correct link (that I had already found without their help) to get me to the log on page. Below is my interaction with them on this refund:

This is not a fit for me. When I got the welcome email the link sent didn't work correctly. I surfed around on the site until I found the right directory. Once inside the sytem, I was then told I had to buy more tools. So, no, this product is not a fit for me, so just process the refund and stop dicking around, okay? That's fair isn't it? After all there is a money back guaruntee, so authorise the refund and get it done.

I can't believer this is your goal - you don't want people like me to start screaming to the world how bad your customer service is. The amount of screwing around isn't even worth the $49 bucks, but I still want the refund so just do it.

So, here it is folks, I get my refund - we'll see if if really comes through, but it seems that perseverance and yelling at them works after a while. I'll try to keep you informed, through here if possible as to whether or not I get the refund.

Just to clear, I’m not really reporting that ClickSure didn’t do the refund, I’m just not sure & will update when I know more.
