I had an authorized charge taken out of my checking account on 9/05/2013 for 99.00. I applied for a loan but never said that I accepted it or wanted it in fact I told them that I did not want the loan. A man on the phone said that I would receive my money back in 21 days. When I politely told that this was very stressful for me and that I needed the money back now he said that if I faxed him the bank info proving that the money had been taken out of my account they could return the money next week. I tried to fax to the number he gave me 619 578 5968 but the fax won't go through. I feel that I have been wrongly taken advantage of and that they stole my money. I am a single mom and this is so distressing. Please help
