I contacted these people for help getting into my e-mail account. They said that if they removed viruses that would allow access. IT DID NOT WORK. When I called and informed them they said I would receive a partial refund of $100.00. I have been calling for over 60 days and spoken with several people. The response is the "check is in the mail." Additionally they will not let me speak with a supervisor or the accounting department or provide ANY information about the check. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS.
